Skeleton Crew Return & Refund Policy

At Skeleton Crew, we’re committed to making sure you love your gear. If something’s not right, we’ll do our best to fix it. Please review the details below for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
  • Tags must be attached
  • Items should be returned in the original packaging, if possible

Important: We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at marcusjohnson@myskeletoncrew.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We’ll send return instructions and a return shipping address.
  3. Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund status.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, etc.).


Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Refunds are only issued for eligible returns received within the 14-day return window

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? Reach out to marcusjohnson@myskeletoncrew.com and we’ll do our best to help. Exchanges depend on inventory availability.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Underwear or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, contact us at marcusjohnson@myskeletoncrew.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo and description of the issue. We’ll make it right ASAP.
